The privacy policy and the terms say all of this again in more words, and a lawyer would tell you those are the ones that count. This is the version worth reading.

Export all of it, any time, on any plan, in any billing state, as CSV. Your loads and every recorded event, including the taps somebody later withdrew, which are exported and marked rather than dropped. There is no export tier and there is no export button that asks you to talk to sales.
Because a detention claim can surface late and a factoring company can ask questions a year on. Driver names and mobile numbers are held for the life of their employment with you plus a year; email addresses for the life of the account.
You carry on reading and exporting. You stop adding. Nothing is removed because a subscription lapsed, and detention notices keep going out while a payment is late. Deleting a carrier’s evidence over a missed card is a liability rather than a courtesy, and it would make us the problem this was built to solve.
Ask, and it goes, including the photographs. Before anything happens we will tell you what that removes and what it cannot undo, because a bill of lading you deleted is not a bill of lading a factoring company will accept later. Write to privacy@primedispatchify.com.
There is no arrangement under which anybody buys anything about your loads, your drivers or your rates. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not as market data. There is no version of this business where driver location becomes a product.
We hold the moment a driver tapped arrived, the moment he tapped departed, the pages he photographed, and a location grade for those taps when his phone offers one and he allows it. We hold nothing about where he was at any other time, because a link in a text message has no way to ask. There is no background location, no route, no speed and no duty status.
A driver who wants to know what is held about him can ask his carrier, who can export it, or write to us directly at the address above.
